Couples Therapy

​Relationships aren’t always easy, and sometimes it feels like you’re having the same arguments without getting anywhere. I help couples work through the real issues, rebuild trust, and find a way forward together.

How it Works

Step 1

We begin with a short online assessment for both partners to complete, helping us understand what's going well and where there may be challenges in your relationship.

Step 2

You and your partner will have a joint consultation with Grace to review the history of your relationship and how your challenges and successes have evolved over time.

Step 3

Each partner will meet with Grace individually to explore your family history, past relationships, mental health, and previous therapy experiences. This helps to better understand your unique perspective on the relationship, and tailor the therapy to suit your needs.

Step 4

You and your partner will meet with Grace for a joint feedback session, where she’ll share the assessment results, address current relationship challenges, and offer practical strategies. If ongoing therapy is recommended, a treatment plan will be discussed.
